FAQ 1: How do I login to the Patient Portal?
You should have received an SMS containing your Delivery Order Number and Delivery Code
Enter the details into the respective fields on the login page:
FAQ 2: What can I do on the Patient Portal?
Upon successful log in, you may check the delivery status or amend your delivery window of your order.
FAQ 3: What are the available delivery windows?
Monday to Saturday, you may select either of the following timeslots.
- 10AM to 2PM
- 2PM to 6PM
- 6PM to 10PM
Please be informed that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
FAQ 4: Can my family members accept on my behalf?
Yes, family members can receive on your behalf.
Please provide the One Time Pin which can be found on the SMS to your family member for delivery verification.
FAQ 5: I am not available during my scheduled delivery window. Can I change the date?
Yes, but it has to be within 3 working days from the original delivery date.
You may log in to the patient portal to make the amendment (please refer to s/n 2).
Alternatively, you may call the call center at 6876 5820 for assistance to reschedule.
FAQ 6: What am I supposed to do during the delivery?
You will receive 2 SMS to inform you about the delivery.
Please quote the Delivery Code in the SMS to the delivery man as part of the verification process.
Alternatively, you may click on the link in the SMS for the delivery man’s verification.
FAQ 7: What should I do if I receive medication that is not meant for me?
Please safe keep the medication and call the call center at 6876 5820 for assistance.
FAQ 8: My delivery has not arrived yet. What should I do?
If it is still within the delivery window, we seek for your kind patience and understanding to wait for the delivery.
You may access the patient portal to check the delivery status.
